THE LIVIDA EXPERIENCE is a journey we designed to make buying and designing a home as simple as possible. You get to choose between three options:

◆ PREMIUM | You can select one of our pre-designed projects: the architect’s vision, your choice.

◆ PERSONALISED | You can design your perfect home in tandem with our experienced interior designer. We take your ideas and run with them.

01 First meetings, presentation of the development and selection of a home

We will meet and introduce the development and interesting apartment. In addition, we explain the Livida Experience process and further steps.

02 Selection of a suitable service package

The layout of the apartment cannot be changed

Two standard selections of furniture, only furniture that is secure in place

We deal with the planning and design of the apartment – the perfect solution for a person with a fast pace of life. It is possible to choose between two interior refinement packages. This service package is included in the sale price of the apartment.

The possibility to choose between pre-designed plans and materials – the architect’s vision, your choice. You can choose between three layout options and more interior refinement materials. The price of the service package is 40 EUR/m2 + additional material.

Personal package 70-120 EUR/m2
- The freedom to create a plan that takes into account your wishes
- Everything can be designed, unlimited material options

03 We sign the contract

After selecting the home, service and extras, we conclude a notarial debt contract with which 20% of the final transaction price is paid.

In the debt contract, the deadlines for the completion of the apartment ownership and handing over to the buyer, as well as all other important conditions, are fixed.

05 Home inspection and final transaction

For the last time, we do a home inspection right before the notarial real estate transaction.

If there are defects in the home, we will correct these defects before handing over the keys.

With the signing of the contract, the finished apartment ownership is handed over, and the buyer pays the remaining 80% of the purchase price. With this transaction, you are now the owner of a new home.

04 Home design

In this process, we go into the details together with our interior architect or sales partner. According to the agreed deadlines, we finalize the layout, select interior details, specify special parts and talk about custom-made furniture. When the inner walls start to rise, we will definitely invite you to see the house.

05 Home inspection and final transaction

For the last time, we do a home inspection right before the notarial real estate transaction.

If there are defects in the home, we will correct these defects before handing over the keys.

06 Welcome to your new home!

We give consent from both sides to the handover-acceptance act, and we can hand over the keys, introduce all the systems related to the home and explain their operation.

We are always there for you to immediately deal with warranty cases that disturb your life, and after two years, we will also carry out all regular warranty work.

The administration company selected by us during the procurement will first help manage the things related to your house, to whom we can discuss the tasks to be assigned together at the first meeting of the apartment association.
